The “hacking” of human minds and goodwill is what the profession calls social engineering. The most common form of this is deception, which can take the form of purely technical means (such as a phishing site) or even email and phone calls. The tools and creativity of hackers make social engineering attacks effective. The only effective way to counter this is to develop cyber security awareness among ourselves and our staff. Our experts use a phishing campaign to assess existing cybersecurity awareness in a controlled and secure way, and then develop it in a training session. During the training, we weight the results of the campaign to ensure that participants gain knowledge that is tailored to their individual needs. At the end of the training, the participants will be able to identify social engineering attacks and how to act and defend themselves.
